6349-5220 with 23 rubies and unmistakable 70s TV dial shape. Probably one of the weirdest Seiko 5-ers.

Also movement is a bit of mistery. It is upgraded last version of classic 6309 (17 jeweled diving standard) and most of the parts are interchangeable. In fact,some of the frankens come with 6349 movement.

As I did some research,these were made in Korean factories for Indian and middle East market (mine has arabic and English date wheel)

Some might call it butt ugly but I find it nice in a 70s kitsch way.
