Bagged this West End Watch on eBay last week for not many pounds. I've become more interested in the brand since discovering and restoring my late father's watch of the same name. Don't know the vintage of this - 70s?

My three vintage watches of the week:

My cunning plan is to have a vintage week and then a Nomos week. I will probably sell the rest . Or I could have a "rest of the collection that are neither vintage nor Nomos. and keep all of my watches. I just need an idea what week number 4 will be. Maybe a pocket watch week?

Pot luck week?
BTW, it's nice to see some Certinas here. One of my daughters has a Bristol very similar to the first one you've pictured, but it's manual wind. It belonged to my great uncle, now her. She likes old things... :) It's now sitting on my desk awaiting the arrival of a new leather strap.

With all the Certinas shown, it has inspired me to pull this one out today.

Another Certina, which holds great sentimental value for me as it was my fathers watch. Interesting to see echoes of Gerald Gentas design language in it. It is from the 70s after all.
