As usual, it looks larger in the photo than in real life. The women's Dynamic is actually pretty small on the wrist, approximately 30mm horizontally across.

Big fan of a nice Dynamic, these tend to look really good on the wrist and comfortable to wear. Timing of this VWOTD is great as I've owned a couple (a racing and a bullseye dial), only one at the moment but as of yesterday another on the way

I have the mens c.40mm 'racing' dial at the moment. It's a bit of a frankenstein, I think the handset is not original (certainly not the second hand). Its also been polished in the past so doesn't have the brushed/sunray texture to the case. Bought many moons ago before I knew what to look for, however, it's stayed in the box and gets an outing couple of times a year .
They are light and thin and do feel a little fragile after wearing 42-43mm comparatively chunky modern divers and sports designs over last few months.
Inspired to put it on this morning .

After a rare look into the older watch box, this also caught my eye this morning so swapped at lunch.... its one of my early forays into vintage before my budget got bigger and knowledge developed.

I know next to nothing about Seiko vintages, but I like the look of that.
