My grandfather bought this new in 1967. It’s the 14k gold filled version. I think omega calibre 564? Can’t remember and don’t want to open the case back. He left it to me when he passed in the 90s. Will go to my children or grandchildren when I’m older.

I just received my NOS Tissot Navigator back from servicing. The Lemania 1277 based calibre 872 uses mostly Omega 861 parts, so it’s pretty much future proofed as far as maintenance goes...

A straight forward copy of my post in the non-CW of the day thread. Its been a while since I posted here.

Titoni Airmaster that I picked up last week, in an Auction Lot with my C1 Russell.

1970s, handwound, no quick set date. In pretty reasonable condition considering its age and winds fairly smoothly (although the crown is really small for my 'fat fingers').

I'm not sure the cyclops is original, as it looks slightly oversized and not quite in the correct position.

I wonder if you could get that removed. I agree it would look better without it.

Wearing this today. It's on a bright blue tejus strap, and I'm using a CW Bader clasp on it (from when CW still made clasps for 18mm straps).

Probably simpler to get a new crystal. Only acrylic.

Probably. Looks like it could use a replacement anyway. Crack at 1? Some pretty good dings and scuffs too. But other than that it looks great.

Not looked to closely but think its only scratched, in a couple of places.

Probably can't do anything about the dings on the case as gold plate likely to be very thin / worn.
