I never anticipated that I would trouble this part of the forum, but I have recently been gifted my Grandfather's silver Vertex Pocket watch which he received for 21 years service with his employer. (He stayed at least another 30 years!)
It is in pretty good nick but it needs a little TLC. The glass keeps popping out and it only runs for a few seconds.
Can anyone with more experience than I recommend a good repairer for such an item?
Many thanks
