Update

Well, mine has just arrived, and it’s great! It is impossible for me to get representative pics because of the nature of the dial and my shaky hands, but IMHO the reason they’re not selling faster is because of that first pic of it that you see on the W+W site. It’s awful!
The watch itself is interesting and nuanced. A bit bold and a bit different. Just what I was hoping for.

Will do a proper review later

I’m going to give it a few days before I do a review -partly because I want to experience it in different lighting conditions and partly because it’s going to take a while to break in the canvas strap!

There is a lot to like about this one. I will be awaiting the review as well.

Congratulations! This watch fascinated me because, as you indicate, photos just don’t seem to really capture it. Can you tell me, is this a lume shot or is the lume simply a blue color under normal lighting? That date implementation is a great, subtle detail.

I’m looking forward to your review and more real world pics.

Enjoy it!

^^ both pics were taken in indoor lighting, so no they’re not lume shots. The lume is blue and visible even in regular daylight
