Is this the sort of thing you'd be looking for, if in a Mk3 version?

That's the ticket but I'd like the C65 MK3 case because it's smaller and the height is lower. The Abyss sized case would he pushing it.

Sorry, didn't realise.

You'd written in your original post "Trident Mk3". I naturally assumed you meant C60. There is no C65 Mk3 (yet?).

It's a great idea to add a SH21 to your collection, especially for a milestone occasion. Some of the recent offerings don't appeal to me either (though I do have a SH21 Abyss, which I love). So I've started looking out for some of the older dress watch versions. But it depends what style you're after. Best of luck with the search!

The current SH21 C65 has the light catcher case right? I thought all LCC's were MK3, if not sorry for the confusion.

Ah got it; I understand 'where you're coming from'. No worries.

CW's Light Catcher case, now Trademarked, is a style of case design that is now used widely across their ranges. It is not specific to any Model i.e. C65 or C1.

There's a good article on pages 34 - 39 of Loupe 20 that explains the whys and wherefores of the design and the ranges it is used on.

Hope that helps.
