The joy of unboxing a CW
Did you know that a random selection of an order is free once a month?
Every month, CEO Mike France selects an order at random that is gifted to the buyer. When will you get lucky!!

That’s interesting...
I wonder why this isn’t more widely known? Is it a new thing?

Must be mine today.
Watch due very soon, credit card not yet charged
Seriously tho, unlikely to be a sale item.
To be honest, apart from the warranty card, I never look at the inside of the booklet. I’ve probably won loads and never noticed.

It's certainly worth publicising on the CW site, I imagine. A grateful customer receiving a giant CW cheque each month. Party time.
(out of interest why are lots of the smilies captioned in german?)

Not to sound like a CW fanboy, but they're just doing it RIGHT. What a fantastic thing to do.

What a lovely idea. Of course, there are many more customers than just those of us on the Forum or Facebook CWE. So we may not hear about it very often.
Still, you have to be in it to win it! Who feels lucky?

Is it refunding a watch you've just bought or is it randomly sending a watch to someone on their database?! I'd never heard of it before either!

The way Kip phrased it, it sounds as though they go on actual orders placed. I guess they'd then probably arrange a refund for the lucky person. Apart from that, no idea about the logistics,

Wow so the watch paperwork itself will actually have the note enclosed. That's extremely awesome.

This is a great idea. It does mean I have to read the paperwork though

That's the way I understand it. It then shows up with the internal message to a pleasantly surprised recipient.it sounds as though they go on actual orders placed. I guess they'd then probably arrange a refund for the lucky person.
