I know this has been covered before but it’s happened to my mums
Having read previous post I was going to glue it back in place
That was until I got it to pieces, that is one delicate bit of metal
So with mum more than happy with it, it is going to stay like this,
Personally I quite like it

I agree! That’s a beautiful dial on it’s own, without that metal bit to distract from it.
