It looks fantastic.TigerChris wrote: ↑Tue Nov 17, 2020 8:36 pm Serious contemplation time - after, stupidly, thinking about letting this one go a while back, it's in the thoughts again. It would probably have to go to part fund the Bremont Hawkings. I don't know if I can bring myself to do it as it's overtaken the MB2 in daily wrist time - not many days I don't wear this one.

Wearing the Omega on bracelet today.
Which reminds me - a) I much prefer the look of most watches when they're on their bracelet; b) I really don't like the feel of wearing a bracelet.

Nice, is this a recent acquisition Chuck? The bezel definitely reminds me a bit of a YM (Rolex).

Decision made - can’t bring myself to sell it so the Hawkins is a no go. Another Bremont is on the cards but a regular model I can afford without selling an existing.H0rati0 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 12:47 pm+1. Crazy idea to sell a watch you like!stefs wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 11:40 amDon't do it. That is a far nicer bremont than the hawkings imhoTigerChris wrote: ↑Tue Nov 17, 2020 8:36 pm Serious contemplation time - after, stupidly, thinking about letting this one go a while back, it's in the thoughts again. Yep, it certainly is..in fact, it's the only Ebel I own from their 'current' line...purchased from a Movado Company store @ 50% off retail..while not as nice as Discovery watches from the '80s & '90s, I prefer the dial layout to those classics..of course, Ebel has down graded the movement from an ETA 2892 to an ETA 2824-2..what grade it is, I don't know, but it is very smooth to wind as compared to other watches w/ the elabore grade movement..so far, so good!!..and I'm on the lookout for a white dial version, as well...Thegreyman wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 9:43 pmNice, is this a recent acquisition Chuck?
