I guess it is a very popular model so the new colourway will give more choice. I'd still go for the current model in preference.

I contacted a couple of AD that i have done bought with before and they are being very quiet about it, just saying that they will know more when the release happens next week. They are not taking deposits yet. If it is just the blue one, it does not seem the most exciting new addition to their range.

I expect I will end up getting one, as it will give me a final push to sell my 14060M Submariner and ETA BBN.
I have though mentioned to the AD that if a BLNR or BLRO turned up first, I wouldn’t turn them down

I know that there haven't been many watch releases in 2020 and its good that Jenni got to release this but I am distinctly underwhelmed. It's a new bezel colour. Wow - or not. For everyone who wants a BB58 they will now have more choice but this isn't exactly world shattering.

I guess it doesn’t need to be world shattering to be successful.albionphoto wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 11:40 am I know that there haven't been many watch releases in 2020 and its good that Jenni got to release this but I am distinctly underwhelmed. After all ADs are stuffed with no end of readily available watches, that some may view as world shattering and different.
This will appeal to those that want a classically sized, well made, highly accurate, decent PR dive watch, that prefer a different look to the gilt tones of the existing BB58, or as an alternative to rotate.
It is still not clear whether it will be blue bezel and black dial, or blue bezel and blue dial...

Ah I see what you mean! Looks like the content has now been blocked.
Maybe Jenni, currently one of the forum’s favourite YouTube watch bloggers, has had her wrist slapped!

And the shop who leaked the price list might find itself in trouble too.

Even Scottish watches use the phrase "naughty Jenni".

Haven't seen any official release information yet?

All released on the Tudor site, blue dial and bezel with silver rather than gold accents. Looks ok, but is a fairly run of the mill blue SS diver, albeit a good one. Thankfully I'm much happier with the original BB58 and will be buying a Pelagos to scratch the blue diver itch
