The long awaited new CW website has launched.

It is a bit different so take the time to learn your way around. I am sure that they will interested in your comments.

Any idea if they will be adding a Nearly New section or has that been discontinued?

I'm not sure if it's just me. When I try to log in, it asks me to reset my password. Once I submit a new password via link sent to my email, it prompts some form of JSON response which seems likely to be an error.

Looks good and pages are responsive, BUT.... logging in to my account after changing the password has returned an error code.

Are you using a suitable alpha (upper/lower case)/numeric/symbol password?

Tested my own account.

Tried to login, email to reset password, clicked on link, back to website, enter new password, confirm new password.

We're in! Image

Looking at my account, on an order for buying a watch, shows you a picture of the watch bought.

Nice touch.

If you enter christopher ward.co.uk it gets flipped to.com and at the bottom of the page is a Currency Selection box.

Excellent switch.

I was the same (using FF FWIW). Doing nothing different it worked at the fourth try.

Same here. Password seemed ok, but just returned a paragraph of code when pressing enter. Will try again if persistence is the way to go

^^ That's the one. Not sure how it worked, but it did in the end. Might be worth clearing cookies and cache or trying a different browser.

Thanks Richtel. I'll give it another few goes later. Hopefully the screenshot gives any lurking CW IT people some info to work on

Really like the new site. Some nice touches but overall it feels more modern.

Looks good. Will take a bit of time to get used to it but overall seems easy enough.
