Well at least it's proper cheese. Bit of vintage Cheddar or Stilton. None of that fancy millennial muck.

The TV advert could possibly be effective. There are several models now on pre-order, including the C60 Abyss and the C65 World Timer. The C60 Sapphire pre-order time frame has been increased to "Early July".

Many more watches are now listed as pre-order, including most of the C60 Pro 600s (across all sizes), most of the military watches (except the Sandhurst and the blue Dartmouth), the Anthropocene, and the C3 British Racing Green.

The C60 Abyss pre-order time frame has been extended to end of May.

Could be coincidental (though I wish CW every success) in that shutdowns are extending production/delivery times. It had to happen at some point.

The truth is actually a bit of both. Movement shortages (i.e.delays), although minimal, are definitely having an affect on production/supply. That, plus the fact that the TV advertisement seems to be having a even better than anticipated impact. Combine this with Loupe 17 hitting the ground and I think you get the picture.

This is really good news for CW. I’m not a fan of the ad, for many of the reasons already mentioned, I maybe would have gone a different way, and I’m really not a fan of the Sapphire. BUT I wish and hope for nothing but success for the Company. I hope everything they try works out for them.

I’ll see what I can do, avoiding the new watch in a box glow!

Thank you. An excellent set of pictures to start the ball rolling.

As comments are not permitted in the Reference Gallery, you might also like to start a thread in the normal Gallery, then people are free to add their comments.

Came back to the forum today as knew there would be a thread about this ad...saw it on sky news today. My wife even noticed and said haven't you got one of those!?

I didn't like the ad personally but fair play to CW for the investment and trying to grow the business...something to do with the recent changes with Chris leaving etc?
