Re: CWL of the day
...no apologies necessary Ferg
Bit of a story behind the Ombre...
I bought one when they first were released but was disappointed with the one I received because of the change in red to white text but mainly because of the misalignment of an indice and a red spot of paint under the glass - it was subsequently returned for a refund.
I always liked the watch so when one came up...the rest, as they say, is history
BTW I love the picture of the C9 AM GT LE

Experimenting with straps for the C5 Aviator.
This one is a Hirsch Medici curve end strap. Not the easiest to fit but very comfortable...

For later this afternoon/evening..
Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..

Re: CWL of the day
So I finally decided after a long long time in the showroom to buy the C65 Trident Diver SH21 LE
Serial number #070/150 as I was born in 1970.
Absolutely THRILLED with it.
Declan was the ultimate gentleman as always and also Olivia popped in to see me and Mike France.
Also bought a C3 Grand Tourer as a 10th Anniversary present together in June this year for Louise and a new watch box which was badly needed.
Thank you all so much for all your Birthday wishes, highly appreciated !
