Hey Chuck, it's the Contrail Laguna Sand. All Contrail models have sold out some time ago, and Nodus have said the Contrail 2 is coming this year sometime. Currently, they have for sale the Avalon, a no date dive watch, the Retrospect 2, a vintage style dive watch, the Duality, a dual crown compressor style watch that sold out almost immediately in preorders (restock coming in March), and the just launched this month Sector Dive and Sector Field watches. Movements are either Seiko or Miyota, all regulated in four positions (mine is the Miyota 9015). On wrist, most owners, myself included, report greater accuracy than what the included regulation cards indicate (I've attached mine as an example, along with website pics of my Contrail when they had them for sale). They offer great value for money with prices ranging from $400 to $700. Check out the website for more info: www.noduswatches.com

Wes and Cullen are passionate watch nuts, and are really talented at this stuff. Cullen does all the assembly in house in Los Angeles, Wes runs most of the other aspects of the business. They both design the watches. Lots of interesting reading in their blogs.

Running -5s over the first week. Not per day - the week. Pretty impressive.

Four watch sales, a pm seeking advice, a fortuitous set of circumstances and a very enjoyable conversation over a couple of drinks led to this changing hands.
I am overwhelmed by the quality of finish and craftsmanship on this and my photographic skills do not do it justice. I am also very grateful to Steve for being so helpful in making a long term plan come to fruition.
Wow, I missed this. Great pick up from Steve. I tried one of these on last month, very tempting. Congrats
