^ Should be easy enough to get parts then if needed, fairly popular movement.

That's a super looking watch, Greg.

Continuing the vintage theme this week. Yesterday was the 1965 Astral 12.15, a long service presentation watch in 9ct gold, on chocolate coloured crocodile.

Today, 1960s Enicar Ocean Pearl on blue lizard.

I dont think the wrist time this is getting is very fair to the rest of your collection, also lemania very overated. To help you out, you should send it to me and then you get to enjoy the others more 😁😂👍

I shall take your advice, however rather than burden you with it, I’ll lock it away ... until the next time I feel obliged to wear the poor old thing...

It would have been a burden but one a fellow caring enthusiast was willing to take on.. I suspect the rest of my collection would then have suffered the same fate.

Be careful what you wish for......I once made some very similar comments about a certain Speedmaster II that Gary had and received a very similar response.

Then it appeared in Sales Corner so I had to buy it

Cheers,

Paul

PS and am happily wearing it as I type

Of course, you were totally obliged and had ro be polite
I can't see this one ending up on sales corner for a long time but if it ever did, it would be rude not to :D (caveat; as long as circumstances and funds allowed)
