Clarification; my sale purchase was a C60 PVD Titanium bracelet, not the C600 Tri-Tech Elite watch!

Meanwhile, for #MachMonday my C8 M2.04 LE on a new Flyboard Leather/Rubber strap from Watchgecko.

Image

The original CW strap was a soft touch leather strap in black with yellow stitching and underside; I reckoned the colours were correct but the wrong way around, hence the Flyboard. Its very soft and comfortable being only 3.5mm thick and the yellow is a good match for the yellow details on the M2.04.

Guy, are you doing the good old trick of mounting the titanium bracelet on the C600? Keeps the weight down nicely doesn’t it?

Looks great Guy 👍 Does it feel much different on the wrist?
Nice to see some of the 600s get an outing from various members.

Yup.

Wasn't too worried about the weight, Gary, although the Ti bracelet is lighter than I expected.

More the case of it being a bracelet.

Guy.

C65 on an old Fossil strap. I love being able to swop straps so easily and this watch is so flexible - quick release bars you gotta love em!

I can answer that for you... I had a PVD C60 bracelet on my green C600 Tri-Tech and replaced it with a PVD titanium version. Quite a noticeable difference - the C600 went from being noticeably heavy, to feeling like any another watch as far as weight was concerned. Comparable to wearing it on a rubber or leather strap really.

👍
I looked at a Titanium on Ti bracelet a little while ago but didn't get to try one. Im not a fan of many bracelets (look and weight) so interesting comparison.

C8 UTC today. The CW strap was made ... hmm... maybe a decade ago, but looks like it’s was made specifically for this watch. With properly fitted ends, matching cream stitching and the peekaboo red dots matching the GMT hand, it’s hard to pass it by.

And yes, the GMT hand is 12 hours out from actual time...
