I'm not sure. The C65 Anthropocene and the C65 Black and Gold are both limited editions. They coincide with the Winter 2019 edition of Loupe magazine being despatched. I'm not aware of any other limited edition releases but then I'm not "in the know" on that front. I saw the two C65s at WindUp in NYC last week and that's how I was aware of them.

Pretty nice, but it doesn't drive me crazy. Very dressy on the black leather though.

In what way are you thinking with 'good'?

Second guessing, Guy, I would hazard “Resistant to W/T, scuffs and dings”?

I’m looking forward to seeing this at Bristol, though the notion of gold always seems to sit better with dress watches for me. Black and gold can look very classy, but it again screams dress watch.

Steve - When I saw this watch last week I was surprised by how un-gold it was. The PVD coating of the bronze elements has resorted in a distinctly red gold colour. Not the wimpy rose gold or sedna gold used by Omega but a very red gold. That's why I question the link to the JPS Lotus cars. This is a very dressy watch as you say. It's got a narrow bezel, is relatively short height wise, is handwound, etc. I intend to use it as my "dress watch" which should tell you something.
Enjoy the GT on Saturday. I'll be attending remotely via YouTube.

Thank you, Mark. I shall reserve judgement as ever until I have seen these watches for real.

what I meant was that in terms of its resilience to scratches.

The music for the C65 B&G video should have been used in a Bond film.

It suits the watch beautifully.

It irks me a little their adverts and website copy refer to Lotus F1 and the JPL livery. It's a dive watch... with no motorsport link or relationship with any historical version of an F1 team.
