I can't get to this one and I've emailed Declan about it.

^^^^^ I would be surprised if there was an across the board sale, given how much overall sales have apparently increased, following a couple of the new releases. IIRC 400% was mentioned in a post on the forum, following the Bristol GTG.

The 400% mentioned at the Bristol GTG was a spike in sales on one day (compared to the same day last year) in the middle of 3 new products being launched, including the Anthropocene. Assuming there wasn't a similar product launch on the same day a year ago, I wouldn't read too much into the 400% figure. However, it does seem that sales are up this year compared to last year.
