Didn’t Shakespeare use the term himself?
I believe both fall and autumn are both old English terms, although from Latin, autumn pre-dates fall. Interestingly in the US they held on to our old English expression Fall as they have with many old ways of expressing English. It not that our American cousins are getting it wrong more like they are continuing to get it right. I believe on some islands off the Virginia and Carolina coast they still speak Elizabethan English.
My mistake, well spotted! I checked this out and discovered that the Anglo-Saxon word for the season was Hærfest, from which of course we get the word harvest. I believe the German for Autumn is Herbst, an obvious cognate.

Autumn came into use during the Middle English period, and Fall began to be used by poets originally around the time of Shakespeare.

What a timely voucher indeed. It certainly helped with the C60 Apex this morning.

Likewise. Maybe it doesn't work for pre-orders?

Bewildered that adding an Engraving cost to a £495 C7 Quartz (thus totalling £523) doesnt qualify the purchase for 100CW19 Code discount for items over £500 .... but adding a spare strap does ?

Any clues ?

Speculating here, but maybe the website only recognises discounts on products and not value-added services.

I guess to get it, you could always add a travel case to the basket.
Alternatively, a phone call for clarity may be in order.

Yep, after seeing that an additional strap swung it, had reached the same conclusion ... pity really, money is money spent at the end of the day ...
