However Re. CW Events - there's a column on page 9 of Loupe that mentions a new series of roughly monthly evening events to be held at the Maidenhead showroom but I can't see anything on the CW web-site.

[/quote]

I've quoted my post here to emphasise that Loupe quotes a "series of roughly monthly evening events is being held" and points towards the web-site (christopherward.co.uk/visit/showroom) for further info BUT this fails and there is nothing on the Showroom tab on the web-site.
There's no mention of only facebook notification or invitation only on the column in Loupe.
Please would somebody raise the question tomorrow as it would appear that the url in Loupe is not working.
Much appreciated in anticipation.

Have a great day all that are attending - you lucky people about to see all the new goodies  :grumble:

Have a great day, everyone – the sun is shining! I wish I could join you, but I’m on a coach to France at 0700 tomorrow.

I'm watching but haven't felt any need to comment or ask a question.

I must say I was a little surprised (or maybe not!) at Mike's assertion that quality is still top-notch and that customers should buy with confidence. Is the message not getting through?

I nearly commented on that, Phil, but decided against it

Funnily enough, read my last comment on the live chat - I've said the same, Chris

Every single GTG has had audio issues. Pay my travel expenses and I'll come over and fix it next time

I'd already gone so didn't see your comment. Actually laughed out loud when 'we have very few issues with our watches!'

I admittedly posed the opening sarcastic and somewhat unprofessional point on the YouTube feed asking if any of the owners had a watch with a defect that was deemed within tolerance. It does feel better that someone at the company may have received the point loud and clear. Hopefully the owners are therefore not isolated from this sentiment.

I understand that the GTG should really be about the celebration of the watches and finding out about future plans - An opportunity that doesn't exist to this degree with many other brands particularly with owners taking direct questions live.

Hopefully, they will be back on track soon and as some of the new releases look great people can begin to purchase again with confidence.
