So pleasing to see mike France eat his words on the wording placement.

Oh Man! I'M leaving my job today and I've just been presented with a £100 watch voucher. (It's cash really) so with a £100 discount code the universe clearly wants me to buy one to mark my change of jobs.

I looked at the range. Of the three the Dartmouth is closer to my likes but the dial looks a bit busy. The lack of a date is the real killer for me though. It's good to CW releasing so many new watches and I'm sure that these will find a loyal following.

It's interesting that they are all listed in their names as "Series 1", implying that there will be further versions of these in the future! They don't seem to be limited editions, but it sounds like they won't be available for a very long time before further series are released.

Do like the genre, but would have much preferred a screw-down crown.

Introducing the C65 Military Range - Dartmouth / Sandhurst / Cranwell

Nice watches!
I wonder if the MOD gets to sign off on these before they get released?
While I like the logo at 9, it makes a lot more sense at 12 for a vintage-style watch.

If I were buying I don’t think I would be able to pick... the Navy one is a little busy, but I like it on the bracelet. The Air Force model on the tan leather is probably the best looking...

The C10 Aviator had "Mark 1" on the dial. A Mark 2 version was never produced.

Sure hope they upped the lume game on these ones with the line being called "military range". If it's comparable to the C65 line then it would be really underwhelming for me personally.

The missing screw down crown if they have the same as the current C65 would also be an issue but I must say the design is nice.

Regarding lume, I believe this is the same lume that they are using on the v3 Trident c60s. And on the Dartmouth the bezel is lumed too.

Unidirectional aluminium bezel with TC-1 SuperLumiNova-applied numerals and markers
TC-1 SuperLumiNova-filled hands, inverted 'wedge' and tapering indexes

Also, the bracelet is the new quick release version on all of these.

Just noticed the videos for the whole military range are password protected on vimeo if you guys have an efficient way of relying a heads-up msg to CW.

Good looking watches, for me the Sandhurst appeals the most then probably the Cranwell.

I'm not a massive fan of the Seamaster 300 upon which the Dartmouth is based and agree that the dial looks a bit busy.

Some great new releases though this month. Luckily the latest Loupe dropped through my letterbox just as I was leaving the house so I can swot up in advance of Saturday.

The colour insert on the crowns is a very nice touch.

I wonder if this design cue will eventually make its way to the other models.
