Hello and welcome.
Here is the relevant link to the CWL Archive
It was not a limited edition according to this, so it might be difficult to work out the info you are looking for.

Re: Mercedes-Benz Club Watch
Had a look through my old files and I had number 48.
I vaguely recall something about maybe 150 or 300 of them produced, can't be 100% though, as it was 6 yrs ago when sold it.
Here is some info from the original listing:
It was created for the prestigious Mercedes Benz Club to celebrate their diamond anniversary. The club was the first for the marque anywhere in the world and is still today the only UK club recognised by Mercedes Benz. Members wanted a watch that reflected the precision, engineering and style synonymous with Mercedes cars and by selecting a unique version of the highly prized C11 automatic, they are assured of a timepiece that will prove as timeless as the magnificent marque. The unique design carries the club badge on the dial as well as through an engraving on the case back-plate and, of course, each timepiece will carry an individually engraved serial number adding to the personalisation and collectability of the edition.

Re: Mercedes-Benz Club Watch
I found this online stating it was a run of 101, take it with a pinch of salt though, could just have been sales patter.

I think CW order watches in batches so maybe lack of interest in them meant less were actually produced.Laird wrote:Think twas the same for the HRDC C70 ... said a run of 500, but we've never seen one in the wild with a Ser# greater than 44 !
