Great job.

This, for me, is the winner so far. Very classy.

Agreed Brian. Image

The all black seconds hand works well with the black hands and negates any discussion about the amount of red to use.

An overall cleaner design. Less is more.

Thanks to Richard (@downer) for the suggestion.

With white GMT hand as suggested/requested. Very well done on this gents

I'd put my name down for a 38mm version of this if we could get the numbers.

Disagree entirely. The black sweep hand is ho hum, while red lifts it out of the ordinary into something special. Too little is not enough.

It's funny, we (the forum) often talk about legibility of the white dial, then overcome it by using blackened hands.

Now we are talking of potentially reducing legibility of one of the watches main functions by suggesting a bold, all red seconds hand that matches the GMT hand... my mind boggles :?

My best guess would be year end.

Bingo! That looks ace. I'm definitely in for a 42mm version of this as I'm currently without a GMT watch.

How about black with a red tip?

For me, the black seconds hand is a much more coherent design than silver, but a splash of red might be best of both?

The same as Downer, if I was after a white dial GMT I’d probably be signing up for that. Its a great looking watch. Just a shame that I have no room for another white dial. My opinion is that the black seconds hand is the way to go. The thing I would try and change is the word mark. Maybe try using the light grey bezel colour?

Here is the design with the second hand with red tip and also red tip + lume pip, as I know I'll be asked for it next Image.

I prefer the all black myself as it's now competing with the GMT hand, if is going to be white at the base of it.ImageImage

Surprised by this estimate and I appreciate it's an estimate, given we are mid-August and no doubt heading into a busy end of year period.

If memory serves me right the 2017 Forum watch had deposits taken approx. late May '17 and deliveries were in the December with some in the January. I didn't participate but I remember some concerned members chasing delivery before XMAS.

Legibility was the main criticism of the 2017 Forum LE - remember this before you sign-off the design!
