Thanks. It was just a quick snap with my phone and the front page of the paper. I hadn't noticed the logo was visible until you pointed it out. Unfortunately you can also see the gunk between the lugs. Cell phone cameras are getting to be almost too good sometimes!

Great photo - can even see the etched omega emblem in the middle of the hesalite.
Just looking back on the Speedmaster pics and all of them have the emblem upside down or on the skew.

Someone at Omega needs to have a word with the glass fitter :thumbdown:

Evening, there, Ian..in keeping with the original design as much as possible, only the hands are lumed...on the other hand(wrist??), the 2 The Chiefs that I have also recently purchased have both the hands and hour markers lumed..and their very thin case size measures about 40mmm..I think these guys are terrific buys at Ashfords watches...good hunting, sir...BR, Chuck
