Revenge?

Post by KevinB »

This is way too good not to share. Facebook thought I'd be interested in it. Maybe their algorithm has a sense of humor. I bring you Revenge Watches. Even my wife who largely rolls her eyes when I talk watches loved this! It must be the social value I'd get from wearing it.

Sadly I believe so. It is made from the same material as the real thing: leather, metal and glass. You couldn't make this ad copy up if you tried.

How they describe the quartz movement might be the best part, though. I was wearing my Tissot quartz chrono and after reading this had to change watches just because I felt so dirty. I don't have anything against quartz at all but wow this is bad.

I wonder if the buyers converted Pontiac Fieros into Ferrari's back in the day. Did the UK get the Fiero or was that purely the US. It was a two seater that lent itself to modding.

So let people who want to feel "more confident" buy as many as they need to feel confident so that others treat them "good" and maitre D's and car dealers fawn over them. Pathetic.

People here in the UK "converted" Toyota MR2s with Ferrari bodykits....

So what will they do once they get your email address off you?

No company details of any sort available.

Will I get one watch or two?

Shady looking registration https://www.godaddy.com/whois/results.a ... a24IQklMoy what could go wrong? I'd go for three. And toss in a couple of fake Rolex in case the maitre d' doesn't recognize my "Panerai".

"Crystal Regulation Circuit". Who writes this drivel?

Anyone notice that it doesn't have a stainless steel case, but an aluminum alloy case. I love how they claim that a cheap quartz movement and aluminum case weighs the same as a Panerai with a SS case and mechanical movement.

Hahaha, this threads hilarious, if i worked for Panerai id have a problem with it. Were they wrong? Autos are sold on far more marketing bullcrap.

What a shame, at 45mm it’s a bit too big for my 7” wrist so I will have to give it a miss. Much the same reason why I wouldn’t go for a 44mm Panerai, so I suppose they have something in common.

Shame you can only buy them in $. I don’t have any $. If it was in squids, I’d be able to buy one. It’s like they have something against us Brits for not offering them in our currency! :problem: :-$

No further discussion required. Obvious replica

No company information and promoting a $59.00 replica that they will send me 2 of along with a $100 gift card if I order by today (July 3), or at least give them my email for which they will probably sell to other replica companies so my inbox can be inundated with more crap.
