More great service from CW support!

Post by Molan »

I see so many comments about customer service that I thought I’d share some thoughts on my recent visit.

I was collecting my C8 Power Reserve that had been in for a re-casing due to a couple of small scratches.

The reasons why it required the repair were nothing to do with CW (or me) but had left me with a bit of a negative feeling about the watch - a great shame as it really is a wonderful thing.

I won’t go into all the details here but Scott was so considerate and helpful and his actions completely changed my mood and feeling about it.

Declan also took some time out to show me some of the new Trident range even though it was an unscheduled appointment and Kyran popped in to say hello as well because he was the person who originally arranged things and had put aside something else for me.

I walked out of the showroom with a big smile on my face and sure in the knowledge that I’d be back to buy something else another day.

You can’t buy the sort of customer loyalty this kind of treatment delivers and I’m sitting here writing this and smiling at my C8 instead of having a gnawing feeling of discontent :)

Thanks for posting a good experience with CW customer service. I've never had any issues either. I'm glad you like your C8 PR a but more now.

Great to hear the positives, too many seem to focus on the negatives.
Hats off and kudos to all involved and enjoy your new watch,

I can really feel for you getting your C8PR back and up to (high) standard, I would not want to be without mine - truly an outstanding watch.

That's a beautiful watch! Also, I've heard nothing but good things about CW customer support; one of the things that's drawing me to the brand.

Good to read this story, I've had dealings with Scott in the past too and he has always been very helpful.
