Nice the see real images of the case profile, I’m glad it takes the sculpted looks of the C65s
I also like the way the bezel slopes, in my experience this makes it less likely to catch in cuffs etc and so still be able to slide under even if it is relatively deep still.
Can anyone tell me if the crystal is completely flat or if there is any type of dome? All the C65s have a tiny dome, which I really like, but the C60 MK2 was completely flat. I’d be interested to see which direction they have gone

With that case, one wonders if the MK3 will cut into the C65's current niche somewhat.

The overall styling is very different, with the C65 intentionally maintaining a "retro" image.

Confirmation of sorts that not all Mk II models are going straight away - confirmed via one of the CW emails on Saturday:
Not all our Mk 2s are disappearing immediately – but it’s still a great time to secure a Trident at an excellent price
I'm guessing Bronze variants and possibly the Chrono will stay for now and replacements be rolled out at a later date.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

The case does look nice and svelte which adds another to the list of my reasons to buy:

1. 40mm case
2. All brushed bracelet
3. QR bracelet
4. I only have one Trident at the moment
5. I like the new handset
6. Dial symmetry, logo balanced by date window and twin flags logo at 12
7. Neat case and bezel profile
8. I have a net nil watch spend in 2019
9. I’ve never needed a good reason to buy a watch in the past

No teasers from CW in the run up to launch is poor effort imho. Not blaming the mods as they haven't had a MK3 demo yet, but let's be honest no scoops are likely to be leaked on here first.

Looks a bit Planet Ocean orange and blue. Thankfully it won't be as expensive.
