I really don't think Barbie did anything to deserve that (especially as she's just turned 60)

He'll probably blow up on the parade lap, but I've just had a small bet on Max to win the Australian GP...and Giovinazzi to finish in the top 6.

Interesting article on F1 UK TV coverage, basically if you want to watch on C4 then SKY are restricting what you can see and when you can see it. Only live race on C4 is the British GP, which isn't affected by the new changes.

It was suggested last year, that a good few races may be shown on SKY One for free, to tempt viewers who don't have a sports package to sign-up.

Sky have exclusive rights in the UK to all races except Silverstone. It's not Sky restricting Ch4, just Ch4 only having highlights now.

BBC article suggests it's SKY turning the screw imho.
Sky has imposed a series of restrictions on C4 in the contract for the highlights races, which will affect both the race coverage itself, and what happens around it.

For example, only 50% of the total running time of C4's programme can now be taken up by the on-track coverage - down from between 60-70% last year. They are not allowed to do interviews in what is known as the 'pen' - where all the drivers are taken to do a round-robin of broadcasters after qualifying and race - or in the pit lane. Any 'pen' interviews they use will have to come from Sky. The amount of interviews C4 can do in the paddock is restricted. And they have been forbidden from doing a 'grid walk'.

None of these restrictions apply to the live British Grand Prix.

In addition, the highlights programmes can now not start until a minimum of three hours after the race, although this could be a blessing in disguise as it pushes them into evening prime time, when audiences are potentially bigger.

Sky holds the exclusive rights, and the price they paid for them was probably exorbitant in the Bernie era, so the fact Ch4 has any coverage at all on free to air is a bonus. I believe the above is just Sky flexing their might and ensuring the non-paying public get the best taste of what paying Sky will get them.

Just been watching the new SKY welcome to the weekend show, still no sign of Ted...Chandhok seems to be taking quite a prominent role.

Ted does have his own show, starting Wednesday.
