It is, I agree. I keep looking at it myself, but Downers Rule #2 stops me. I’m not a dress watch person at all, but could see myself wearing one casually on a mesh or distressed strap if it had applied markers. Very nice looking watch.

Shorts with a long sleeved shirt. Roll the sleeves up, maybe. Sandals.

That’s how I’ll wear it.

I agree, it does have that versatile look about it that would go dress or casual. Definitely sleeves rolled up. You are tempting me to try one! I wouldn’t consider a non date for a daily wear, but I wouldn’t need a date at the times I’d probably strap one of these on.

Admittedly the sale is the only thing that got me to even pay it the time of day. The more I looked at it, the more of an overall, cohesive design I saw.

Personally I hate the logo topic. I don’t get it. But one thing I can say about this watch is that the logo has found a great home. It all has a Bauhaus feel that reminds me of contemporary fashion.

I happen to like the huge small seconds. It fits the watch perfectly.

I think the hands and their funky hubs look very mechanical, and nicely juxtaposed with the simple dial.

Add the 120-hr PR and it’s really nice. Kinda crazy nice, if you ask me.

I have to keep telling myself I couldn't pull one of these off at 40.5mm. That dial would be mahoosive on my tiny wrists.
I really would like an SH21 model at some point though.

If this were a little smaller, I'd whip the plastic out and take a closer look.

The sale does have that effect hey. I'd never really took any notice of the C7 Auto Chrono, but tried it at 50% off and I won't be letting it go in a hurry. The huge 'small seconds', plus the blue hands are what draws me to this one. Plus, I don't currently have a handwound, or an SH21. If it had applied markers I'd have already ordered it, but maybe the printed markers suit the style better? I think I might have to take a look at it in the metal.

The C7 Auto Chrono is a bargain at 50% off.
If I hadn't have seen it at the GTG, I would never have considered it, but absolutely love it now.

Great sale, I just ordered the Cr Rapide Auto. Now the wait to deliver begins. Hope the matching bracelet I also ordered comes thru. I've been searching for a Swiss movement watch for sometime and when I came across CW watches I was smitten. I think all the logo's work and do not have the dislike for any as you read about in other blogs. Love the graphic logo on the Rapide's.

Thanks, Just what I was looking for C65 GMT, made my decision based on greater discount than on offer with the Spring codes.
Also Customer Service replied to my email, stating they cannot confirm any date as yet nor are they taking any pre orders for the upcoming new tridents, Pepsi GMT or otherwise, also could not book a desired serial number of choice as none will be limited editions.

Man that burgundy 38mm GMT is tempting because I really regret selling my old. MUST RESIST and wait for new releases....
