Here you are Greg. Just for you.
C8 M2.04 Concorde LE on Zuludiver Marine Nationale grey/yellow NATO with blasted finish fittings.
The grey has a green hue under the lights and, in daylight, is perhaps best described as Admiralty / Marine grey.

Can’t wait to see one of these in the flesh, I’ve got a booking at CW Towers in a week so I’ll try one then. It will almost certainly be too big for me but I still can’t wait!

I know we had an 'All Reserved' false start at the end of last week but, following CW's email yesterday advising only six pieces available (with serial numbers), I'm inclined to believe the 'All Reserved' statement this time around.
Has this been their fastest selling LE to date?

My exact thoughts Guy. Has to be the fastest selling LE to date surely? Good job you jumped on it quick

All 50 sold so quickly at £2.5k each?
Wow, that's surprised me big time although probably only because it's not to my taste and I still can't work out how to tell the time with it
Well done if you did manage to buy one.
I bet they wish they’d have made a few more now! Phenomenal sell rate I reckon. The more I look at the pics of Guys the more I think that it would be good with normal hands and no scrap metal at normal price. The actual design of where the dials are, plus the dark grey looking case colour I think work. I’d be interested in a normal, non LE version.

I'm reading the time much as I do with my Regulator.
You generally know approximately what hour it is, so initially you focus on the white minutes hand with the offset tip indicating the minutes.
Once you have established the minutes, you look for the black/yellow chequered hours hand, which you know approximately where it will be to confirm the hours.
Small seconds @ six to check its running or be spot on.

Sorry Chris but 'normal hands' will totally ruin the design, which is based on the flight instruments of Concorde; specifically the Mach meter.

Sorry, Guy, I probably worded it wrong. I like the dial layout with the small, crosshair style seconds and large PR, so was thinking the same dial layout, but with no reference to Concorde (if I’m making any sense, which I’m probably not ). I suppose you could say I’m thinking of a new dial design for the C8 PR?

In the time it'd take me to do that the real time would have moved on so I'd have to start all over again. Sounds to me that it's just as well I didn't like it.
