Given the concern about enironmentally friendly packaging expressed at the Edinburgh GTG, it is somewhat baffling and incongruous to post out these "individual" vouchers - I had an email notification of the code as well as the posted version.

Agreed, but probably from a marketing perspective people are more likely to remember a physical voucher or look at the enclosed letter when it's on the coffee table or desk, as opposed to an email which I'll often delete once I've read it, as it'll normally have a pic of a £100 off voucher and detail the usual this is what's new, this is on sale etc

Not had my Loupe in the post yet btw.
