Yes, me also, I have to access CWL through a link here on the forum. I'm having the same redirect issue from multiple devices and desktops. No matter what I do to the cache, browser history etc.

I noticed the other night the website was down for routine maintenance and presumably an upgrade. The day before a new product launch.
Don't bother clearing cache etc, it's a redirect on the server side, nothing local you can do.

As you are now aware and seen from my recent post on Page 1, currently the only way to change between the currency sites is by clicking at the chosen option at the bottom of the website (see below).

You will be unable to get to the desired domain by simply typing it into your browser.

It is worth also clearing your cache as this will ensure you have no further problems.

Nope. As I am in Germany it insists that I must pay in € despite changing currency.....

Not a big deal, I will VPN in if I need to, but I hate being told what to do by software that knows what's best for me - machines are morons.

That’s possibly true for the US or EU Kip, but despite clearing cache etc, the website insists on sending me to the Australian site - which unfortunately does not exist.

So I still cannot see the CW website at all...

I will let the IT people know, but I am able to access the AU site, and any other, by simply changing the currency option, so the site is there. Not sure why you cannot get to it. :?

I just tried it on my wife’s iPad. I never use it, so it’s never been to the CW site and I still get the same error... too many redirects, then after that, site cannot be found.

I have made IT aware, but I must admit it doesn't make sense to me since I can access your link. I would have to think the problem is with your provider, but I am not technical at all, so don't take any stock in that.

Problem with the site - from Australia

Post by LordAnubis »

Is anyone else experiencing or aware of problems with the site when trying to connect from Australia? I go to the .co.uk site and it auto redirects (never used to do this) to the au website and throws an error. Doesn’t work on my phone or laptop. Same error. If I use a VPN signalling US origin the. It redirects to a ca. Website and gives me the same error. If I use a VPN signalling UK origin then loads the site fine to .co.uk. Screenshots attached.

Ohh sorry I thought my original post didn’t get posted as I saw it disappeared. My apologies.

Yes I’m in Perth. Using both Telstra 4G and the home internet (Aussie Broadband) achieves the same result on multiple devices both Apple (iPhone 6s plus) and windows (Microsoft surface pro 2, windows 10)
