Is there still no development/test version of the site, so they have to just do it in live and hope for the best? This sort of problem is usually identified in pre-release testing.

Think we had similar discussions when the new site went live with all the errors.

I can access the US site (I'm in the US) but now can't access the UK site at all.

UK site working well enough for me (browsing on my phone via Safari)
It went a bit squiffy yesterday afternoon, I’m guessing as they were trying to update the new Trident Auto etc? I’ve experienced this in the past when they have launched new models, but most significantly when sales go live and the web traffic seems to flood it. I’m wondering if both cases might be true this time?

Fingers crossed it stays firm.

Even after clearing cache etc, I have to use Frank’s link to get to the UK site (thank you Frank!). That’s better than having to use a VPN but still not 100% fixed.

I’m half way there when viewing the forum too. Images from the website are now showing up correctly (an improvement from yesterday), however links to the CW website are still being redirected...

Yes, me also, I have to access CWL through a link here on the forum. I'm having the same redirect issue from multiple devices and desktops. No matter what I do to the cache, browser history etc.

I noticed the other night the website was down for routine maintenance and presumably an upgrade. The day before a new product launch.

I’m in the same position as well having the same multiple redirects issue. I can access CWL using Frank’s link above so thank you Frank for that
