So as a Newb can I expect???

Post by DerekMc »

A Sale before Xmas?
New additions to the clearance and NN sections (now both gone very sadly for me,,,)
Or a January sale?

I am really wanting to buy from the company rather than ebay or,,, from a member here before I would turn to the bay, but am slightly hamstrung on the budget, and gutted I missed out on the late November deal that went out.

Sale after Xmas probably, voucher in the meantime. Patience - NN pieces will come up, for sure.

Currently there's a £100 voucher (off purchases of £500 or more) valid until the 24th Dec.
Then I suspect they'll be a January sale.

Top tip.

Go along to the showroom if you can.
You should get a discount.
I did, 10%
Was on one of the higher end priced watches, so worth it.

Never ever pay full price...it may be a waiting game but discount vouchers pop up all the time.

You could always ring them up and say you want to buy (with no finance) right away and what discounts can they offer - this is what I would do.

What model are you after?

15% off Tridents now on CW site. Strangely this doesn't include the C65 Trident GMT but does include the other C65 Tridents :?

When is a Trident not a Trident?

Very good advice. Don't ask, don't get in this oh so cruel world.... :(

I haven't purchased a new CW in a few years. Do they still do significant January sales? I used to occasionally get new watches at 30 to 50% off.

The blue Trident is £660 if not on bracelet and £725 on bracelet so 15% off is £99 or £108.75 depending upon strap or bracelet. Why wait for £100 voucher ?

As I am swithering over a change to the C60 Trident Quartz Chrono to be honest as a quartz would suit my wear routines so much more.

You don't need the actual voucher in your hand, as they're not uniquely numbered. You just need the generic code for the Promo Box at checkout. I'm at work and can't remember what it was but I'm sure someone will give it to you if you ask nicely?

Mick, I clicked the link on the CW homepage for the 15% off Trident, takes to you the Trident range page. That included the C65 GMT and indeed the voucher worked when I tried, you need to enter as a promo code rather than as a voucher.
