Possibly because there isn't a current seller on Chrono24 selling CWs?..

I assume the op is referring to the fact that if you try to list a CW for sale it isn't in the drop down list/search engine for manufacturers and you have to add it manually.
I assume that it is because they were simply not added in at the inception, and it is not self updating.

If you search by Brand then CW is not listed as a selection option. Bit of a shame really, there are plenty of other 'boutique' type brands listed. I'll try to contact them and point out their error
