My Visit to the Showroom
So, after some contemplation, I decided to take a half day off from work and book myself in for a visit to the Showroom.
Very easy to find as the instructions provided were very good.
Arrived in Maidenhead about 3 quarters of an hour early so parked in the Nicholson's Multi-storey and wandered into town for a mouch around.
Anyway, only so much mouching can be done, and ended up turning up about 15 minutes early - which wasn't an issue.
A very warm welcome, sat down, made comfortable and provided with a very nice coffee.
The eye candy on display was amazing - one thing I noted was that some of the watches look some much nicer in the flesh as to say.
I was particularly impressed with the C8 UTC, C1 Grand Malvern Worldtimer and the C65 Khaki (which I'll be honest looks more Olive - but nevertheless lovely).
Anyway I was there to see a specific model.
Declan was extremely accommodating and a very interesting conversation ensued with a couple of sneak previews of what's coming
Exciting times ahead.
All-in-all, I was made to feel extremely welcome and very well looked after
I would highly recommended a visit if you can make it.
So, now comes the guessing the game...
What did I purchase?

Remembering you bought a C60 Trident Ombre but returned it, you clearly have a hankering for a bronze watch.
From your comments the C65 Trident Diver is calling to you.
Combine the two for a C65 Trident Bronze SH21 LE?

Re: My Visit to the Showroom
I was at the showroom on Thursday. Great experience as usual. Declan helped me put a new quick adjust bracelet on my SH21 Trident. I added a couple of more service pods to my flock too. Declan was the friendly, helpful perfect gentleman as always and thanks to him for all the running around. He remains a great asset to CW.
I was able to meet Chris for the first time and we had a good chat about the C7 Apex and other things. I'm afraid he may think I'm a bit strange as the Anglo-Saxon exhibition at the British Library might not have been the expected reply when asked what my plans in London were. It was a great exhibition too.
The C65 Khaki definitely looks more olive than olive drab in real life and for me it would look better with a green bezel. The concorde prototype looked great and I'm sure will be a hit with the TMB market. Other news... the C65 range is running the C60 range very close for best selling range, Pepsi GMT in Feb - March 2019 and the C60 Mk III in May - June 2019. Great times ahead for CW.
Thanks again for the time Declan and Chris spent with me. A visit to the showroom is always a pleasure and is highly recommended.

Re: My Visit to the Showroom
I wore my C80 Sector
Thanks for the kind words.
I'm really pleased with my purchase and it's a gorgeous watch
Yes, totally agree that it's a great experience and an insight into what and where CW are going - exciting times ahead
Also I agree that Declan is a great asset to CW - really nice chap and very helpful.
Agh...shame! I missed you by a day Mark - would have been nice to have thanked you in person for the C8.
Hope you had a good time while you were over here.

Re: My Visit to the Showroom
Thanks Nigel. I'd have liked to meet another CW victim too
I've had a good trip catching up with friends and family.
Once a year is quite enough for the showroom. Too big a risk to the credit card...
