@smegwina - Don't fret Nick, I will be attending the Cambridge GTG, although a lot of water can pass under the bridge before then.

First off though, I need to get myself up to Edinburgh.

Out for lunch today with Mrs greyman and mentioned the Edinburgh gtg.....she says "oh, that is the Saturday we are going away with...and....". Aaaargh, so unless the gtg is in the morning (unlikely) then I'm going to miss it. ](*,) :(

I've stuck myself down for Bristol, but, as Maidenhead is doable in an afternoon,
I'd be interested to see what the format for these are compared to a Showroom visit.

I'm in contact with CW and we're working out a few final details for the Edinburgh GTG.

Hoping to have firm information in the next week or so.

Update -

I've been in contact with CW today and the venue for the August GTG, which will be on Saturday 31st, has been changed to London.

Now OK, London is a pretty big city, but I think it will be safe to assume that the venue will be readily accessible by public transport.

More details to follow (when known).

Well?

If we can get the right date and venue there is no reason why us Fen Dwellers can't organise our own GTG.

There is a nucleus of you, me, AVO and smegwina to start with.
