I went to an Omega event at my local AD last week. Of course I wore my C7 Apex. It attracted a lot of attention which is, of course, rather the point. The detail of the case and the back of the watch seemed to garner the most praise. One Omega regional manager muttered "How do they make a $10,000 watch for $3,500?" I think GPHG raised the profile of the watch and CW too. People knew what it is without me saying much except wear it. Kudos to CW for such a famous watch.

Great to read that your Apex got such a reaction.
I must have missed it but "GPHG"?

Looks like it may be back in stock - at least, it seems that you can add it to the shopping basket.

More temptation...

I looked at the US site for CW. The C7 Apex is listed but then has a blue sold out bubble. I think if you add it to a shopping basket you'll be disappointed.

I thought it was interesting that this 50 piece LE model is back for sale on the CW website

Perhaps they just found one down the back of the proverbial sofa

When I visited the showroom in November Declan showed me a brand new C7 Apex. It was stashed in a cupboard awaiting a specific customer (who had been claiming they would buy it) to show up and buy it. I guess they never showed up. One of the designers was also looking for a C7 Apex but maybe he dropped out of the race. It's a great watch and is well worth adding to a any CW collection. I really like mine and wear it often enough especially once I changed the strap to one with red stitching. The original grey stitching did the watch no favours at all.

I changed mine onto one of the red and black hybrid straps (as I get on ok with these straps) and often wear it too. Really like the design.
