Oh Lord, me too. 2 second video cuts, too dark to see anything shots, irritating effects. A total and utter mess.Caller wrote:As an aside, I found the video bloody irritating! Shame.

A nice quick call to CW customer service. They even applied the voucher code for me. Loupe #10 and the voucher probably won't arrive in the US for another couple of weeks so great service from CW.

Re: C7 Apex Limited Edition
I really like it, though something just lacks. It maybe because it's a bit dull and grey. Though in the flesh it might be better. Yes the power reserve is a nice red, and the blue halo lume, but the brushed steel minute track or the minute indices themselves I feel could have been improved. Don't get me wrong, I still love it myself, I would love to own one .At only 50 pieces I can see it being one to have, but such is life , i don't have 3,000 of lizzies face spare atm.

Re: C7 Apex Limited Edition
I guess you could say that, but that is the point. The CW brand is reaching out with something that is quite different to anything they have done previously to celebrate the SH21 movement.

It’s not my style of watch, but it is a beautiful timepiece! It’s good to see CW trying new things and celebrating their successes! The SH21 was an accomplishment and it should be celebrated!Kip wrote:I guess you could say that, but that is the point. If they started shooting out skeleton watches regularly, I’d be disappointed but as a LE celebrating their accomplishment - it’s a stunning piece! Stunning movement! Kudos to them!

Re: C7 Apex Limited Edition
I had a pre-order in for it which I cancelled only because I don't like DLC cases. Everything else about it is great. I heard there are 3 other Apex editions in the works which gives me 3 more chances! LOLThegreyman wrote:^^^that is a great photo and I'm finding this a very tempting watch.

Good to hear that it is quickly sold out. On target design and marketing.

Re: C7 Apex Limited Edition
I've got it!
Sorry for the poor quality of pictures.
Very fast sending. Nice packaging. And the watch?
It keeps its promises. The dial has a beautiful depth. And I like skeletons. The proof:
The Apex is more successful in term of skeleton: we see less the cables and we do not see my hairs by the dial. A good point.
Colors and textures of the dial are subtle and make very racing. The highly-rated racing is strengthened by the minutes instead of the hours and the very deep indexes which look like spacers. And the bridge and the red pointer of the reserve de marche still add to the technical treatment of the watch The back lets the components of the movement express themselves on the same register as the dial with the same nuances of grey and the red bridges of barillets call back the treatment of the reserve de marche. It is very coherent.
The finish is very qualitative, as usual at CW.
It is my first case DLC. Usually, I am not a fan, but there that corresponds perfectly to the style of the watch. The DLC in the center of the thickness is slightly more clear: very classy!
The strap is a notch below: its red lining is nice, but it is a little bit stiff and the texture of the leather is ordinary, but it is not really few important...
The date is not very readable in low light, but we don't care.
This watch reminds me an E type in the 60's: an English-style class and performances which allowed it to follow Ferraris easyly for half of their price
