Sorry to disappoint you Chris but Gary's Damasko has been listed as OHPF for the past few days.

I've just looked and it's still available - price drop about an hour and half ago. I'd love to buy it, but funds are so tight at the moment as in the process of moving house. I'm still trying to free enough up though! :D

How many watches in your collection: 16 - my signature watches plus some quartz tat.
The most popular brand in your collection and how many: CW, 5
Your current 'best' watch: IWC Portofino (no quips about the movement, please!)
Your 'regret' watch that you sold and regretted: Only regret is not selling some of the CWs.
Your 'beater' watch: Bulova Moonwatch
Your 'best buy' watch: Currently the Steinhart Nav B Chrono, just arrived, excellent price/quality ratio.
Your biggest disappointment watch: C6 Kingfisher. Lovely colour (yellow) but never wear it.
Your most accurate automatic watch: Bizarrely, the C8 Pilot Mk I. Loses/gains little, must be a ‘lucky’ movement as there’s really nothing special about it.
What's your favourite CW model: C5 Malvern Aviator MkI. Beautiful finish, remarkable price/quality ratio - really not far off a Bremont in some ways. Sad thing is that I don’t think CW has ever hit the same sweetspot since.
Your next watch: Possibly a Bremont. Or a new sofa...
C5 Malvern Aviator LE
C8 Pilot Mk1 004
C3 Malvern Chrono
C4 Peregrine 'Phoenix'
Eterna Airforce
Steinhart Nav B Chrono II
Steinhart Ocean One GMT
Bulova Moonwatch
Marloe Coniston Bluebird
Steinhart Nav B-Uhr
Longines Master Chrono Moonphase

The most popular brand in your collection and how many: n/a
Your current 'best' watch: "best" probably Rolex precision - not my favourite though.
Your 'regret' watch that you sold and regretted: too many to say, really - I've regretted everything I've sold.
Your 'beater' watch: Casio F-91W
Your 'best buy' watch: of my current watches, either my Breitling Colt or Oris chrono
Your biggest disappointment watch: haven't really been disappointed in a watch
Your most accurate automatic watch: don't know
What's your favourite CW model: C5a, probably mark 1 over mark 2.
Your next watch: C5a

How many watches currently in your collection: 21.
The most popular brand in your collection and how many: Oris (3) & CW (3).
Your current 'best' watch: Tudor GMT.
Your 'regret' watch that you sold and regretted: No regrets, never sold one.
Your 'beater' watch: Don’t have a beater, I wear 7 or 8 of them regularly.
Your 'best buy' watch: Oris Artelier Chronograph (50% off) rushing through an airport.
Your biggest disappointment watch: CW Bronze Trident - I still like the watch a lot, but underwhelmed by the bland dial.
Your most accurate automatic watch: I don’t time them, but presumably the Tudor because it’s my only COSC-certified movement.
What's your favourite CW model: Trident C60 GMT, but the look of the C65 Bronze is contesting for this accolade.
Your next watch: Magrette Moana Pacific Kara (incoming).
My name is 0uatiOW, but before you ask, no I don’t.

i was curious about how big the average collection size was. So the results from before MarkGraz posted are
Average (mean) collection size = 21.5
Median collection size = 17
Data is not normally distributed but there are 32 data points
Where CWs are the major brand in a collection the results are"
Average (mean) number of CWs = 7
Median number of CWs = 5
Data not normally distributed and there were only 20 data points.
In 62.5% of collections CWs were the largest single component.
Slow day.

I understand that your employer has asked for the thread to be locked - to save you wasting any more time tomorrow reworking the data, in the event that another forumite adds their numbers!

Damn, I'm feeling slightly inadequate and letting the team down with my paltry 14 (soon to be 15) and 5 CW's (not counting my better half's one). :problem:

Better get looking to add to the collection....now I wonder how much Richard is wanting for his Daytona
