NEW - Trust Pilot review

Post by DISJT »

Just received the attached email.

Seems CW are being proactive, strange timing considering their recent sales / website crashes but a positive move for any company i'd say.

Yep I got the same email today ... didn’t realize this was new though, since this was my first purchase.

I’ve just had one for the first time after, approx eight purchases. So I guess it’s a new direction. It will allow them to gauge feedback from the larger audience rather, than just the people on here?

Very interesting. It does cost to enter Trust Pilot. Encouraging that they are serious about it, although I would have thought there is plenty of feedback on this forum that they could act upon.
Key will be whether the feedback on Trust Pilot is listened to and acted upon. A brave move!

Interesting that a lot of feedback seems to be from overseas. Mostly good feedback so far, which is encouraging. Some wildly positive smoke blowing too

Thought I'd revisit this. Seems the wider customer base are experiencing the same problems this forum has highlighted time and time again. Filtered to remove 4&5 star reviews:

I do hope CW are investing in improvements to customer service, which they were once known for excellence.

Victor Meldrew moment approaching.

Am I the only one who HATES this constant flurry of requests for online feedback? Every time you go on an aeroplane, stay in a hotel, buy a packet of peanuts or go for a pee somebody wants you to fill in a 10 minute questionnaire about your experience. Guess who doesn’t do them?

When I buy something in a store like Marks and Sparks or Debenhams I have a standard line:

“I would like a bag please, I don’t want the hanger, I’m paying by cash, I don’t want a store card and you are not having my email address!"

Absolutely, it's a barrage of these requests, I ignore them all.

....and yes I know I am a size medium, and no I do not want the receipt in the bag..

^^^^ nor do I want you to fold the receipt in a slapdash manner, as I will then need to refold it to put in my wallet in the neat and precise manner that I like!

The total's add up to 101%?

Anyway, that's 87% excellent or great, 6% average and 8% poor or bad.

I guess average is not really the experience you want customers to have?

How do companies rate such results?

What's the margin error considering not everyone will respond?
