I think I'd agree with that although no doubt I'll get used to it

Re: the forums new look...
Small & possibly insignificant point but one that draws my eye to it when changing areas; The Portal page refers to an Independently Operated Forum which is what we believe this to be now, but the header on the Board Index page say an Independent Forum. One needs changing, I guess you can figure out which one

I already like it better, though the white surround is pretty bright.

I do notice that the sales corner issue with Tapatalk still exists...

For me, not as easy on the eye.
Especially board index page, don't like white background between sections. Not enough definition IMHO

Agreed. All the text of each topic thread just sought of blurs together for me.TheBeatles wrote:For me, not as easy on the eye.

Mine is fine, It has individual blue backgrounds for each topic and section - try adjusting your monitor colour temperature setting, 9300k works for me and shows everything up okayDancematt wrote:Agreed. Don't access forum on my PC, always iPad Pro. So no colour adjustment possible, thanks anyway.Tyke wrote:Mine is fine, It has individual blue backgrounds for each topic and section - try adjusting your monitor colour temperature setting, 9300k works for me and shows everything up okayDancematt wrote:Agreed. Re: the forums new look...
It seems fine so far - quite smart, in fact.
I am not a collector of watches. I used to be able to say that and know I was telling the truth.
Re: the forums new look...
Its been a long time coming. Hats off to those responsible a fantastic job of brining the forum more in line with the CW website style.
Now just hope it all works

Looks good to me, but it is very bright. Lot of white for first thing in the morning

Re: the forums new look...
It is a little white.
There's not much contrast between the white borders/text fields and the sections in light grey/blue.
I remember members of another forum I visit complaining about how it hurt their eyes.
Can the colours be tweaked? or perhaps the administrators could look into installing an alternate dark theme ("Style") that can be applied by members?
