My gut feeling is that a Super Engineer bracelet is too chunky for the Airman.

You need something slimmer and 'lighter'.

Just my two pence worth.

Non CW of the Day

Post by gaf1958 »

Back home after a severely interrupted holiday. One bright side is that I have a greater selection of watches to pick from each day... On that note, today is my Marui Aqua Terra, with a dial that is very difficult to photograph accurately...

It is a versatile watch that suits a range of leather and NATO straps but I wanted to try a bracelet. Still not sure what the best solution is, I do enjoy trying though!

Milanese mesh could work I think. As long as it's brushed, not polished.

Thank you, I am really enjoying the Nodus Trieste. I nearly pulled the trigger on a limited to 40 Nodus Retrospect II in black PVD a few days ago, in response to an email I received. I decided to sleep on it and make a decision the next day. But unfortunately they had all sold out the next day! Anyway, I remembered that there was the black PVD Nodus Trieste (the Swiss movement version) in the CW Sales corner around last June time. Which is the one I now have!
That LE Retrospect sold out quickly, such a cool looking piece. Congrats and enjoy the Trieste.
Yes, I'm afraid: you snooze you loose!

Interestingly Nodus have now put some new Retrospect II on their website, which come with a nice bracelet as well as a rubber strap (the LE had a NATO and rubber strap only!)! I may consider getting the dark grey dial version, when the pound picks up against the dollar and I won't need to worry about postage problems!

Which Nodus do you have and how do you find it?
Dean

With all the Baltic x Worn and Wound bicompax 002 pictures on Instagram I felt compelled to strap this one this morning.
Did anyone on here manage to pick up one of the 100 limited W&W x Baltic HMS002 or Bicompax 002?
Hope everyone is safe and well, enjoy your weekend.
