Re: Non CW of the Day
I was happy to repossess this Damasko DA20 which has been on long-term loan to a member of my family. After 18 months of hard use, without any of the molly-coddling it would have received with me, it is great to see it is still in perfect condition. In return for getting this one back I gave away my C65 Classic Vintage Black, so it will be interesting to see how that fares - although it's not a like-for-like comparison between a PVD case and an ice-hardened Damakso.
Anyway, happy to have this back in my collection.

Very nice, but we also need a gratuitous lume shotdowner wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 2:28 pm I was happy to repossess this Damasko DA20 which has been on long-term loan to a member of my family. Oops just realised this doesn’t have the reversed lume dial...

Re: Non CW of the Day
You are right. There's no lume on the DA20, which is a bit of a problem for an outdoor/do anything watch. I should have bought a DA36, but there you go...
In the past I owned a DA37 (full lume dial) so let's make do with some shots of that one.

A new acquisition today. A Dan Henry 1968.
Sorry about the poor picture and lighting.

^^^^ Nice DH Steve. I’ve come close to buying that one a few times - it’s very unusual with a 60 second chronograph!

Yes, it's not the most practical chronograph in the world, but I like its quirkiness and unusual design for a relatively small outlay.EddieTheBeast wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 11:41 pm ^^^^ Nice DH Steve. I’ve come close to buying that one a few times - it’s very unusual with a 60 second chronograph!
