Do not forget his first love and take advantage of a sunny day in the north of France to wear this Casio Wave Ceptor Touch Solar.

Got any more snaps of this one, Korkki? I think that this is a watch that I lusted after during my beginning days. The ChronOris?

Posted this on Facebook earlier and had a comment about it looking massive. It is the 42mm version so is big, but not excessively so.

Anyway, I took a second photo a few feet away from a mirror to better reflect the actual size. Yes it loses all clarity of the dial, but does illustrate a very good point about camera phone photos of close up wrist shots and how they distort the size by quite some margin.

^^^ That's an excellent demonstration of the effect. To be honest, I'm not really sure why we take wrist shots at all??!

Very true. To he honest I prefer to look the watches rather than forearms. I suppose it’s just convenient, especially if out and about to take a quick wrist shot and move on. As the watch is what I’m interested in, I don’t really note how they wear as I’m aware of the effect of the phone camera distorting the perspective. Also the person wearing the watch obviously has a different size wrist to me so I cant even use their photo as an indicator of how it would wear on me.
