Just lovely Andy. I've got to get myself one of these once things get back to normal.
Thanks very much. The older wave dial was a grail for many years but when the special occasion came along to justify buying one the waves had gone! I tried this on assuming I would be looking to the second hand market but I was instantly hooked. I now feel lucky I was ready to buy in the window when these were about new. Needless to say it is a keeper for several reasons.
Well that’s another reason to hope things get back to normal soon!

Nice clean look to the Omega, I like that a lot.

Plus your photo expresses perfectly, for me I have to stress, why I would never own a watch with a date magnifier.

Look how balanced the Omega looks in comparison.

Purely my opinion and no reflection on your choice.

Interesting how you managed to get both watches stopped at the same time, even the second hands. Very clever

Three months in and the patination process seems to have effectively finished. So raw rose gold finish or aged...what do you think?
