I have to agree - I'm not a Roman Numerals fan but, on a Cartier, they just seem so right.
Personally I don't think anyone does them better. I realise the look is marmite but, as you say Chris, with Cartier it just works.

The half minute which we daily devote to the winding-up of our watches is an exertion of labour almost insensible; yet, by the aid of a few wheels, its effect is spread over the whole twenty-four hours.

Love it! Does anyone do Roman numerals better than Cartier. A timeless classic. Des

I think the angularity of a squared off case compliments the angularity of the Roman numerals. Roman numerals on a round watch have a bit of the “square peg in a round hole” thing going on.

Love this, what an exquisite dial! Dial, indices, numerals, hands...the lot. The texture on that dial, love it. Des
Yep, it has a very pretty face. Enjoy it a lot.

Grab-n-go MSAR for installing Christmas decorations today. It being a quartz, with the bombproof construction and tritium tubes make it my go-to watch on the weekends. Awesome watch.
