I could understand for international customers but a little disingenuous for a UK company with primarily an initial UK target audience. They could very easily geolocate where the browser connection is originating from. Other sites are now doing this and clearly displaying the tax status of the displayed price :?
It is hardly disingenuous to clearly state Duty and taxes calculated at checkout. As soon as you add to basket and go to the next step it immediately states VAT amount.

It is quite an assumption to say that they have a primary UK target audience. For a website which has 11 language and currency options on the homepage I believe the opposite is true.

CW seem unable to correctly add VAT at the moment so the way Tribus seem to be doing this is actually quite fair and accurate.

Maybe it’s a tribute to the infamous cream coloured Armani suits worn by the team for the 1996 FA Cup final!

A cream dial you say? :)

I fear you might have a very, very, very, VERY, VERY long wait.

That's what I suspected. :) At those prices, I'd probably be looking at Stowas, or if I wanted some thing outrageous, Ball watches.

My biggest complaint about the watches produced so far by Tribus, isn't the issue with VAT, LFC, or any of that. I actually just find them so drab. The colours are muted and when you think, 'I wonder what the small 2nd in yellow (nice dial) would look like on steel', you realise they don't have one. Maybe it's the weather up there!

Not such a long wait, you can pre-order one for the end of February (as long as you want a LFC chronograph).
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

That's a good spot, I'd not seen these before.

Pretty decent watch, assuming you're a Liverpool fan, reasonable price and Swiss made quartz movement Ronda 5021.D.

And now with a 25% discount! I think they rather missed the boat by not having the championship winners models available sooner.

Ah. I see, thanks.

My web page started below that big banner, so I didn't see it. It only applies to the quartz as well. I tried the code on an automatic watch, and it said not valid. I wouldn't want to pay £500 for a quartz to be honest.

I would have no problem paying £500 for a quartz - but not this one.

I like watches, Liverpool are the only team I've ever supported, I waited 30 long years for them to win the premier league but have zero interest in buying the watch.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.
