I’ve been waiting impatiently for this announcement:

How about this for a blue sapphire dial
But the pricing, I guess inevitably, is painful

I'm not seeing the blue sapphire dial though. Only, as described, a coloured Movement Plate in either slate grey or blue on the DNA model, which is certainly not see-through; or have I missed something?

Ye gods and little fishes! Who on earth stuck Athena’s owl on a watch dial?

Re: Accutron Spaceview 2020
Golly - my eyes! How did we get round to 1st April already?
But actually, I am conflicted
I owned an original Hummer 214 Spaceview and flipped it because actually it was hard to pick out the hands, it was not an "at a glance" watch.
Then the newer, bigger cased update version came out some years ago and I thought it was too big.
So I went off to the Hoodwinky review and.... my eyes the price!! and judging by the wrist shots once again Bulova have created a watch where the hands disappear into the background.
Nah!

^^^ i’m totally with you here. I don’t care what sophisticated technology it has on the inside, if it’s ugly it’s ugly! Mr Mille and Mr Winston, take note.
For that price you could pick up a half decent Cartier; I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in the case of this beholder there is no contest.
